Outsourced IT department
For companies with 5–25 employees that don't need to hire an IT technician, but do need someone who takes responsibility. We handle operations, support and phones — you call one person who knows your environment, not a switchboard.
IT analysis & security
We go through your IT environment and write down what you actually have, what's a risk, and what should be fixed first. Backups that actually get tested, updates that actually get installed, and control over who can access what. You get a report you can act on, whether or not you hire us afterwards.
Project management
Moving to the cloud, switching systems, or rolling out new computers? We run the project from plan to done, with enough technical knowledge to notice when a vendor cuts corners.
Interim support
Your regular IT person is on parental leave, out sick, or simply buried in everything else, and the things that need doing keep piling up. We step in as an extra resource for as long as it's needed, learn your environment fast, and work through the backlog. No lock-in, and no starting from scratch the next time we're needed.
